Warranty Coverage
- Vosteed guarantees that the knives will remain free from defects in material and workmanship. The warranty will be valid within the product’s life and you are required to be the original owner of the knife. We will do our best to figure out the best resolution for you.
Warranty Limitations
- The warranty may not cover certain types of damage, such as damage caused by misuse, accidents, neglect, or unauthorized repairs. Broken tips are usually associated with improper use, which is usually not under warranty.
- If you modify or alter the knife in any way, the warranty might be voided.
- Warranty does not cover wear and tear that is considered normal over the course of regular use.
- Failure to properly clean, maintain, or care for the knife might void the warranty.
- Warranty is not transferable to another person if you decide to sell or give away the knife.
- Disassembling the knife might void the warranty, as it could lead to improper reassembly or damage.

- We will verify the warranty status and eligibility based on the purchase date and product details.
- Customer support may provide troubleshooting steps to determine if the issue can be resolved without sending the product in for repair or replacement.
- If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, you may receive a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed.
- Follow the provided instructions to ship the product to the designated address, ensuring it's properly packaged.
- We will evaluate the product to determine if it can be repaired under warranty.
- If the product can be repaired, the necessary repairs will be carried out.
* If repair is not possible, we will make every effort to explore alternative solutions for your situation.
- Once repaired or replaced, the product will be shipped back to you.
- Check the repaired or replaced product to ensure the issue has been resolved.

Resolution options
- Return: For U.S. orders, returns are accepted within 60 days from the date of receipt. The knife must be in brand-new condition, free from signs of use, damage, or modifications, and must include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation. Vosteed's warranty does not cover returns based solely on personal preferences or dissatisfaction unrelated to defects or malfunctions.
· If the return is due to personal preference or non-defective reasons, a shipping cost and restocking fee (typically around $7 USD) will be deducted from the refund.
· Please note that returns for non-U.S. orders are not supported at this time.
- Refund: Refunds will be issued on a case-by-case basis. Please note that Vosteed cannot issue refunds for any product that was not purchased at Vosteed.com
- Repair: We will conduct repairs on the knife within our warranty duration and in accordance with the limitations outlined in the warranty terms.
- Replacement: If the hardware of your Vosteed knife is missing, please don’t hesitate to contact our support@vosteed.com We reserve the right to provide a replacement knife at our discretion, based on the specific circumstances.
